The Muslim community of Harrisonburg is in the process of building a mosque (Salahadeen Center of Virginia). Our goal is to build a mosque that will serve  Muslim community by providing worship services, tutoring programs, youth programs, family events and so much more in accordance with state laws and Islamic sharia. Our mission is to make a tangible and lasting impact on our community in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. Salahadeen Center of Virginia has purchased 2.17 acre land. The property is located on 42 Baxter Dr, Harrisonburg Virginia for $325,000.

We are working on the planning /design. We have estimated the next phase of the project to cost $800,000 for engineering, pre-construction, foundation and exterior construction.
